It definitely feels like this for me too, *especially* if you try to do a search that trips their "authoritative sources" algorithm.

@dave things will always end this way without a good distributed search. it's just too easy to leverage a company into doing "things", for whatever reason.
@bonifartius @dave yacy needs a lot of work though. I'd love to chat about it with someone and try to get right into it.

@Zerglingman @dave i think i had yacy set up years ago, but i don't remember details, i'm not even sure if it worked completely. the usual java shenanigans iirc :)
