the moment you type a long response to a post, then decide it's not worth to deal with people and delete it.

@bonifartius that moment when you type a long response and when you hit the "post" button you get an error message, because the original post was deleted.... 🤣

@ThatCrazyDude yeah, that is also great :D

it's funny how i'm really an eco-nut myself but i just know that if someone has "ecologist" in the bio it's code for "ultra-woke". no point in arguing.

maybe it's because i know that "ecological" should care about other things than "OMG CLIMATE CHANGE!!1" as all the energy saving stuff pushed on common people is more than offset by things like the bullshit wars (and other things) of the last decades.

oh well.

@ThatCrazyDude@noagendasocial.com @bonifartius@qoto.org Oh man, I absolutely hate that. I once spent about 10 minutes talking about each point the other guy raised, but he made a typo so he deleted the original and reposted it with ONE typo fixed. The concept of "editing" messages in IM is already a bad one, but the "just delete lmao" on Fedi is a worse incarnation of that.

@bonifartius I always posted and then some! It was also for me because yeh people are let's say variable in ability to response but it time it does hit something or on the 10th time so without trying hard, it's all good practise for (for self and then possibly for the other person).

Long list of victims escaping reality... I'll be happy to list a few highlights mostly 'money is just a neutral tool' or 'banks debt isn't the biggest problem' types of vibes - thrillingly gangsta banksta stuff.

Have to have some humour or die of lack of well anything - so some humour and self-creation is in order like this Coolio music cover with some lyrics - watch peolpe's ear bleeed! qoto.org/@freeschool/109140513

@freeschool
this is rambling again, i'm kind of philosophical tonight:

i guess the last years have taken a toll on me. i don't want to talk to people who want to be right anymore. i want people to listen to something, then either agree or disagree, both respectfully. maybe i just want respect? the last years were so chock full of the society not respecting my natural rights that it's not even funny. the same people try to sell shit solutions to environmental issues. it's never about the issues with those people, it's about being right and having power over others. at this point i just want to be left alone. the one single thing "don't fuck with my basic freedom" is too much for the crooked illegitimate governments we have. i still have to read more stuff from lysander spooner, but what i know about his ideas feels about right for me. such individual-anarchist-societies will of course never be allowed to happen, still should be propagated.

@bonifartius I sometimes do this, really. while I type I think. when I formulated the thought and finished the mental process I lose the interest to it and think that peoople may not appreciate it or draw it down to flood and idiocy, and delete the typed text :)

@iron_bug often it is good for this mental process, yes. a bit like the "rubber ducking" technique when peogramming :) still it's a bit sad that the expectation isn't discussion but a fight for who's "absolutely right".
