I wonder if I could prep dough for kruidnoten, kattentongen, and muffins one or two days before actually baking them. Would make my Friday a lot easier if the dough lasts that long.

@tyil i made pepparkakor dough last week and it lasts for a long time. it's roughly 50% sugar and 25% butter though, that helps very likely.
i guess if you keep it cool and covered with a towel so that it can breathe it could work?
@bonifartius@qoto.org I can make that work, I have a dedicated fridge to put stuff in, and I have several towels.
@tyil i only bake occasionally though so maybe not go solely by my judgement :D
