Hey so.... Since no license is required to launch a weather balloon in the US, are people already launching tinny-tiny transmitters broadcasting stuff like "totarry weather baroon", "don't shoot me Joe", "we come in peace", "take me to your leader" etc on whatever bands don't require license in the US?
That's seems like a must-do troll at this point
