> Cultures of B. subtilis were popular worldwide, before the introduction of antibiotics, as an immunostimulatory agent to aid treatment of gastrointestinal and urinary tract diseases. It was used throughout the 1950s as an alternative medicine, which upon digestion has been found to significantly stimulate broad-spectrum immune activity including activation of secretion of specific antibodies IgM, IgG and IgA and release of CpG dinucleotides inducing interferon IFN-α/IFNγ producing activity of leukocytes and cytokines important in the development of cytotoxicity towards tumor cells.

may really fix problems due to "certain spike proteins", not just due to nattokinase breaking down fibrin.

@bonifartius I think the most problems of modern people that follow the instructions of the big pharma and take antibiiotics every time they got some snot is totally ruined microbiom of their guts, skin, etc. and, as a result, impossibility to get necessary nutrients and ruined immunity and defensive capabilities of organism. they cannot normally function and depend on pills sustaining lifelong slaves to pharma industry.

@iron_bug i only take antibiotics for stuff where it is reasonable, luckily most doctors don't prescribe them that easily anymore here in germany.

diet is really important. regarding skin i can say that after i started washing myself with plain olive oil soap i don't have any problems anymore, also don't get bad smell in the armpits when sweating. guess the good microbes like the good old soap best ;)
