not exactly the respect for women i want kids to learn, not exactly the kind of people who i want kids to be with.

Exactly what it is. It’s a lie about what a woman is and should be. And there is a lot of hate towards real motherly women in that “movement”.
It’s very much an attack on women, but also just another step in the process of disconnecting sexuality from fertility.
