@McMongoose just ask a journalist if he tries to be objective. if he says yes, he's a paid propagandist.
that's why i think gonzo really is the only honest try of doing journalism. don't even try to be objective - be radically subjective. it's often closer to the truth than anything else.
They are just another extension of the state, I'm not sure when the idea of "independent journalism" ever came into being, since historically it has never been truth
