recommend me a game that I can completely detach myself from reality for about 90 hours to play

my goal here is to forget that I exist so make it something really compelling .

preferred genres are crpg, complex roguelike, turned based tactics, and grand strat

@vriska turn based tactics? try Alina of the Arena, Fell Seal: Arbiter's Mark, and Symphony of War: The Nephilim Saga

@noyoushutthefuckupdad @vriska are those of comparable quality to ja2? i could use a good turn based tactics game.

@bonifartius @vriska Jagged Alliance? never played it. Alina of the Arena is a 1 versus many strategy/deckbuilder, Fell Seal is a Final Fantasy Tactics clone with a lot of modern quality-of-life improvements, and Nephilim Saga is like a better Fire Emblem.

if you want a Western-style turn-based tactics game, I'm not as well-versed in those, but I have played some good modern Fallout-like games, such as Atom RPG, Encased, and UnderRail. those might scratch that itch for you.

@noyoushutthefuckupdad @vriska yeah, jagged alliance 2, never played anything that did turn based tactics so well.

i'll take a look at those games, thank you!
