At 3am I took some apple cider vinegar and everything improved since then. No more blood, no more leucocytes, and not more red spots/dots in urines.
Was able to sleep and hour after that. I woke up every two hours and results are encouraging, I took another dose of acv at 7am and went to bed again. Results are still positive, I still have acute pain at the end of urinating. I also still have fever and my back is still stiff.
Since I woke up late I'm going to see the doc at 2pm.
