The way I see it, it’s #Israel’s job to punish #Hamas for their terrorist attacks, and it’s the #UN’s job to punish #Israel for any war crimes they’ve committed while doing so, once they’ve beaten the terrorists.
Like, it is nice to say #Israel should be kinder and gentler to the terrorists, but that won’t stop them from throwing rockets and bombs into #Israel. Holding nations accountable for their crimes will be much more feasible once peace has been established.

additionally, nations can't be held accountable. nations have no rights and duties. it's a wholly absurd concept. even if they could, you would punish the common people.
civilians all over the world are maimed and dead because these sad excuses for human beings called leaders get a hard-on from it, no matter the side.
the people at the top very seldom have to fear any consequence for being directly responsible for the killing thousands. they just have to belong to the bigger clique of warmongers. if anything, the pure chance they could be on the losing side and face the consequences is a great inspiration for even more atrocities.

Not really. If #Israel has to break international law to defend themselves, they should both best held responsible while retaining their right to exist.

this values "the international order" higher than the people who are dead and who cannot be made un-dead.
those non-christmas-presents did work when? the communists worked around them, russia works around them, iran works around them. the only ones suffering are common people. nobody at the top is suffering from sanctions etc.
the psychopaths will live while civilians are dead. bibi will never face any consequences. he has the right friends, the international law will be on his side.
