From the context of the post I was generally just shit-posting, clearly.
But you make valid point/counter points that are a reality.
I can tell you what I am doing/have done, as small as it may be.
I haven't had my kids in a public school for over 4 years. We don't home school but I did the best I could with what was available.

I hold the school(s) administration accountable to their own credos and push them to do what is right including any woke practices, gender bullshit as well as what they are teaching.
It is amazing at what you can accomplish by just pushing back even a little.
During COVID I refused to wear a mask. Never had push back. Of course it helps when your 6'3", 230 lbs and look angry but that was just a bonus.

Aside from my over the top comment above, individuals can do a great deal to change the tide in their local environs by just not giving into bullshit. That is how it starts.
During the main COVID tyranny even my Church "went along to get along" and asked us to wear masks. Of the 200+ in attendance each week, 5 people didn't wear masks the entire time. (Me, my wife and my 3 kids).

The school my kids went to, (6th grader and 2 sophomores) they offered exemptions for masks. We were nearly the only ones who took advantage of it.
My youngest daughter, who was in 6th at the time, is adopted. And black. In most of her classes she was the only one without a mask. Guess where they made her sit? If you guessed "by herself in the back of the class" you'd be right.

We didn't make it a race thing because we have taught all our kids to face the world with a pair of balls and make it based on effort and merit, so my child took it and learned from it but we stood our ground and made the administration look like fucking morons.
My point is that we don't have to do big, bold things to effect change. Little things matter and they make a difference.

To finish up, even a year after the Church mask crap ended, I still had people come up to me individually and tell me that I inspired them and that they realized how ridiculous it all was and that me doing what I believed taught them a lesson.
Maybe that is what this country needs more of is just a few of us individually standing up to wake people up and teach them how to find some courage.
