@Sophistifunk a bit heavy on the sugar but adding it hot is a good idea, will try that. dill is one of my favorite spices. i have a recipe for fasoulia (or however it's written..) which combines dill, vinegar and honey.
@bonifartius I didn’t have any dill so I threw in some caraway and fennel seeds, shit worked a treat.
