@DCR ging mir spezifisch um dieses zusammenhalt wegen "kleinstem nenner würde" usw. im kontrast zu "geimpft gegen ungeimpft"

When an educational leader argues that we should follow the philanthropists because “they are paying for it,” that leader loses credibility immediately and permanently.

Göring: Why, of course, the people don't want war. Why would some poor slob on a farm want to risk his life in a war when the best that he can get ...

@iron_bug
i believe everyone is an idiot :) less drastic but eye opening: people went mad against their neighbor because some talking head on tv told them they'd keel over from covid at any second.

Some dude stole my work and then tried to pass it off as his own to advertise his business. When I called him out on it he called me greedy for asking to be credited for my own work. I'm currently deciding whether 2024 is going to be the resurgence of completely unhinged MalwareTech. Options are:
a) let it go
b) spend $100 registering an LLC with the same name as his business then use my website's much higher SEO rank to pollute all the search engine results for his business with my own and also give all his products away for free

@PonyPanda

It was a very subtle way to expose that democracy is a veil of ignorance, the puppet masters' legitimacy that they shouldn't have. And that it doesn't matter if they have that excuse or not, freedom for the masses is not an option.

Freedom is in effect; Leave me alone, your geopolitical nonsense doesn't concern me.

And the psychopaths "in power" can't have that, for (to me) some unknown reason.

Göring: Why, of course, the people don't want war. Why would some poor slob on a farm want to risk his life in a war when the best that he can get out of it is to come back to his farm in one piece? Naturally, the common people don't want war; neither in Russia nor in England nor in America, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy or a fascist dictatorship or a Parliament or a Communist dictatorship.

Gilbert: There is one difference. In a democracy, the people have some say in the matter through their elected representatives, and in the United States only Congress can declare wars.

Göring: Oh, that is all well and good, but, voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country.
