holy hell, I'm already at my 1000th post!

I'm glad I found fedi. I've met and made friends with some super cool people on here. I love this tiny refuge from the rest of the internet, and hope to be on fedi for a while!

here's a terrible ashbie redraw to commemorate the occasion :catto_blush:
@yangwenli @MK2boogaloo @p @renai @sysrq @beardalaxy body fat and muscles aren't mutually exclusive, y'know. Just look at anyone whose muscles are a result of physical labor rather than training

@lain i think it just will be endless stupid small wars somewhere on the fringes of the blocks.

i'd really love to hear about efficacy and safety of those cuban and iranian covid vaccines. the chinese one didn't seem to work after all.

we will probably block any fedi instance running cloudflare's wildebeest. sorry, but it's an existential threat to the network.

the decision has not been finalized yet though.

>I don't immediately see why AP traffic should be more interesting than any other forum that contains mostly public content
Because it's not only data public data it's also about metadata, they don't care what data they're getting as long as they find a way to use it in the future.
@roboneko @Moon @mangeurdenuage @shpuld There's a large doubt in my mind that Cloudflare's business model can pay the bill for their free services, and the free services being subsidized by intelligence agencies is a better explanation. Cloudflare's proxy replaces your certificate with theirs, MITM their user's supposed E2E encrypted traffic. You can just assume good faith from them if you want, but this now unencrypted traffic going through a centralized entities servers is an intelligence agency's dream.
