Fedi is the most strange thing in the world.

On normal social media, you write a message and people just ignore it forever.

Here, you write a message, it stays ignored for 1 or 2 years, and then all of a sudden, for no reason, with no explanation, someone finds it somehow, boosts it, and it gets 200 likes and 120 boosts.

What the fuck.

I'm sure someone will boost this message in 2021 or 2022.

I have a feeling that other people likely think Mastodon invented the fediverse and we all magically came out of nowhere the day Mastodon became mega viral, so I just want to say this:

Mastodon was invented in 2016, StatusNet [now known as GNU social] was invented in 2008, of course you can abuse me just saying it by telling me "there is no definitive evidence that it was invented before Mastodon". Well, Wikipedia has an article on gnu social which shows updates from 2010, there is your definitive evidence. "But Wikipedia can be edited by anyone", is disproven by Wikipedia logs [which cannot be modified in any way] showing a page creation date of 2008 [ https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=GNU_social&action=history&dir=prev ].

It was also not just a community of people from the left that shared the same opinion like some sort of herd of zombies, there were shitposters that the left all seem to fear. [ Images 5, 6, 7 and 8, alt text explains some more about these ]

Anyone attempting to argue against these proven facts after these have been shown to them are being purposefully ignorant and you should probably not be talking to them.

Y'know....
One of the problems with the question "What do you want to in life?", is that guys don't really know. They don't know what their options are. They haven't done enough to get an idea of what they can enjoy doing, or can learn to do well.

I never saw myself doing what I do for work now. Which is alot, as far as different tasks. My dream was, and still is, to be military. That's it, that is all, that all it ever was that I wanted. Now I drive mowing equipment, run saws n weed eaters, work events for the public, etc. And I'm in an apprenticeship to get other tangible and qualified skills.

I know jobs aint something to be sampling when you're on your own, y'aint got the time or money, for sure. But what can you learn? What can you do? Those aren't just stated for rhetoric, these are actual questions. I see you guys say "work for yourself", I agree. You and I don't have families to support, most of you, go find something you can like. Like logging or working in forestry, or go work on ships, the like.

If we wanna be doomer fags, may as well be the bloomer who has fun and enjoys something in this collapse.
