today i'll be migrating poast domains off njalla control so there may be random times where some of you may not be able to reach poast as the DNS servers change. thats to be expected. njalla is pozzed (i made a thread about this in 2021 but they seemed to clean up their act)

@DCR wegen des aufwands hab ich die ja auch ewig nicht mehr gemacht :D
mit nem kleinen topf gehts aber und so viel öl bleibt meistens garnicht übrig. das lüften nervt aber echt. nix fürn winter ;)
hab das mit dem sprudel mal mit eierkuchen probiert, macht wirklich überraschend guten fluff.
das in wasser braten hab ich nie so ganz verstanden.. dachte immer das wär kochen 
@DCR hab ich ewig nicht mehr gemacht, sollte ich wirklich mal wieder. ob das nun wirklich besseres kochen ist weiss ich allerdings nicht, frittiertes schmeckt fast immer xD

Got a little work done on a saw bench I'm making to double as a workbench for the toddler today. I'm about halfway through the main joinery at this point. I still have to make feet and stringers but progress is progress

das mit dem "ersatz" funktioniert eh nie und ist immer irgendwie enttäuschend. lieber gleich etwas richtiges das nicht versucht was anderes zu sein als es ist :)
