indeed :)
> eugenicists
that's precisely what most of the "progressives" agenda is in the end. only what is considered "good" differs from other attempts at eugenics.
> If that was Canada today; "You should consider medically assisted suicide."
precisely this is the perversion, not the killing itself.
We are all chronically ill, it is just a matter of "how long?".
And it is easy to prove those eugenicists all wrong; Stephen Hawking. Diagnosed ALS when he was 21, and prognosis of 2 years of life. He died at age 76, with an enormous legacy for humankind.
If that was Canada today; "You should consider medically assisted suicide." and we all would be worse off.

aua, da hat die afd aber nen nerv getroffen :) aber ich kann die abgeordneten der anderen parteien verstehen, angesichts der aktuellen entwicklungen im EU parlament wäre ich auch besorgt ob meiner nebeneinkünfte.
@webmink can't argue with this, it's 100% a good guy move.
Sorry, I am too excited to just boost the news, I have to say it myself:
Tom Lehrer has not only declared all his life's musical work public domain, he has made it available for download for a limited time. So I just spent the last 15 minutes updating my #Plex server...

> You can, note that I'm using "whole buckwheat" "sarrasin entier", that means the protective layer that is usually removed is also grinded, it lessens the taste but it makes recopies like bechamel, or pasta easier to make.
maybe i'll just grind up some flour myself :) all the ones i have seen are likely with the hulls removed.
a bread sure would be interesting, i wonder if it stays together. maybe by doing a sour dough, like with rye.
i have seen a documentary about a japanese buckwheat noodle master some time ago. was pretty interesting because he still used all the old techniques and tools.
@mangeurdenuage quite interesting, didn't know that buckwheat does work for making a roux
on the other hand, the only thing i have done with buckwheat are pancakes :)
even as an european who is accustomed to governments doing crazy shit all the time, it's really interesting to see canada going _so_ full throttle evil.
this whole assisted suicide stuff is absolutely wrong. not for being about "killing people". it's obviously just to get rid of chronically ill to save money, but the front is "look friendly canadians are caring for the ill!!1". disgusting shit.
