Das Geld, das da für Lizenzen ausgegeben werden wird, ist futsch. Ein weiterer Schritt auf dem Weg in einen IT-Vasallenstaat.

Zur Beruhigung gibt's dann Fördermittel für Open-Source Lösungen im Prozentbereich dieser Lizenzkosten.
