@boxcars this might be too obvious, but surplus and wanting to get rid of it (literally)
but that's on face-value and best asking an apple producer... I've been collecting them from the floor and when gardening not putting in compost and taking it home via wheel barrow!!! Sooo many apples - I don't believe we can't feed the world - its was given to us and then taken away by mankind!!! (not so kind man!)
