Looking for advice on creating a positive environment for a #neurodivergent student.

I am thinking of inviting the members of the research group over for a game night before thanksgiving. Since the last get-together, some new undergrad students have joined the group. One of them is #neurodivergent, possibly #actuallyautistic. They are very uncomfortable in group settings.
