Trying to make my first flan. I definitely overcooked the caramel. I didn't know what the consistency was supposed to be like. Oh well, my next time will be done right. But the custard part was what I really wanted and it'll be fine. #cooking #food

@Nonya_Bidniss When I was learning to make flan, I told my wife I would keep trying until I got it right. That was a mistake because she didn’t want the supply to stop.
