I hate the NodeJS backend I've written for my website. It's impossible to touch without breaking things, and things break without me touching anything at all. It's partly me, partly NodeJS.

I'm thinking of re-writing from scratch, but I worry it would not actually be any better. I want something brutally straightforward I guess.
