Never used the Anne, but can recommend the KBP V60, especially the type R, which you can install QMK firmware on.
(Typing this on a V60TypeR BTW :) )

I actually used to have another V60 (non-R) with Matias Quiet switches (as opposed to the current typeR with browns.)
Unfortunately, I happened to get it when Matias had terrible QC (at least that's what I read), so I had to send it back a couple of times over the years. (Good thing I live in Taiwan, I guess.)
Still eventually sold the board to a friend because the switches were a bit heavy for my tastes though.
