At the beach.

This is a couple of ring billed gulls (Larus delawarensis) in between them ankle deep in the surf is a sanderling (Calidris alba). The is another out of focus bird flying on the right, probably a tern of some sort. These birds were at Holly Beach, Louisiana on the Gulf of Mexico.

So I guess it's a "smart" TV in the sense you'd say a dog is "smart", i.e., it has enough of its own will that you can't get it to do the things you want or get it to stop doing the things you don't want, except when a dog does this it may be inconvenient but you have a sort of respect, for the dog, you can look into its eyes like a mirror and see another conscious being looking back and respect that it comprehends situations and makes decisions, whereas the TV is just a broken fucking appliance
