Standing next to mum watching a squirrel on the deck eating an apple I put out yesterday.
Mum: "do they eat apples?"
Me: "well, yeah...I mean, he's literally eating it right now"
Mum: "well, I wasn't sure they did"
Me: "Mum, they eat McDonald's fries what makes you think they wouldn't eat an apple" 😂
@hasmis probably because it's not annoying enough for them. I wouldn't care that much if a seagull nicked my apple, but I'm mad as heck when they steal my pasty/chips/lobster roll 😂
