I think I will end-up self-hosting though - like I have done with most of my services.
Do you need to support proprietary OSes, @chrism? Otherwise SourceHut.org is an option as well. Doesn't have a lot of features (like kanban or stats) but I think it's well thought and built on tools everyone understand, i.e. email and shell instead of inventing own logic.
