@egoleo I am pretty new myself, about three days but compared to facetwittergram this is just pure positivity.
You can use the CW (content worning) button to shorten your posts to prevent exploding other peoples timelines or mark content sensitive stuff.
You can also add (if you are on desktop) hashtags to tabs.
