@giulio_mattioli Pew, as with all things there's good and awful ones. I've tasted awful Pannettone (yeah, that's Bauschaum) and really great one. But I assume that's a bit too differentiated for the author. I mean, could part of the research for this investigative masterpiece have been going to a place where you get actually good stuff and taste that? Mammamia!
