@gpollara this paper supports the message we sent out when we reported the presence of a 'Viral storm' in severe covid-19 also in Lancet Microbe, linked to a more evident dysregulated response. We proposed that preventing this viral storm could prevent hyperinflammation https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lanmic/article/PIIS2666-5247(23)00041-1/fulltext

"All parts of knowledge have their origin in metaphysics, and finally, perhaps, revolve into it."
De Quincey's Writings (ed. 1854)

Thomas De Quincey was born #OTD in 1785. He is best known for his Confessions of an English Opium-Eater. Many scholars suggest that in publishing this work De Quincey inaugurated the tradition of addiction literature in the West. via @wikipedia

Humans have been making symbols for numbers for thousands of years.

Different cultures developed their own symbols, but all use addition and multiplication, suggesting arithmetic is a universal truth, writes @RandolphGrace (@UCNZ).

Funny how historical #UFOs always look exactly like human design objects from the period in which they were photographed...
Early-mid- 20th century UFOs all look like Art Deco Bakelite.
Oh, and they have aerials on top because that was the human technology of the day.

'We used the minimal gene regulatory network of type 1 conventional dendritic cells (cDC1) to reprogram cancer cells into professional antigen-presenting cells (tumor-APCs). Enforced expression of the transcription factors PU.1, IRF8, and BATF3 (PIB) was sufficient to induce the cDC1 phenotype in 36 cell lines derived from human and mouse hematological and solid tumors.'

Flights serving the eastern Sicilian city of Catania were halted after an eruption from nearby Mount Etna, local authorities said, bringing fresh travel troubles to the crisis-plagued Italian airport.

Catania’s mayor has banned the use of motorcycles and bikes while many streets in the city remain covered by ash as a result of the erupting volcano.

Do you see power lines (or cable tv or internet fiber) hanging above ground in Europe? No, they are buried, especially near human populations and where there is fire risk. Only high voltage transmission towers near production facilities are seen above ground. But those are designed to withstand high winds, earthquakes, and such---unlike the ancient "technology" of wooden poles barely lifting old cables used by American utilities. It is only the insularity of the USA, including reporting in media such as this article, that prevents the population from understanding that other countries have fixed this problem. It just takes investment from the utility companies to bury the cable and avoid such unnecessary and recurrent tragedy.

In my mind, broadly compatible that faster viral clearance with #COVID19 #vaccination 👉 less antigen 👉 lower inflammatory response.

Further supports hypothesis that #vaccine works by dampening excessive #inflammation to #SarsCoV2, which drives severe disease.
