Looking for a book to read to a 7yo who views books as time he'd rather spend online. Already tried and failed with Harry Potter. (Will try again when he's older.) Ideas?
Contemporary is better than classic which tends to be wordy and slow, e.g. Wizard of Oz (which I loved as a kid. read 'em all.)
