@darryl @Rasta @susanhood Chris Morocco's "recipe" for lobster rolls, but with Costco brioche instead of hot dog buns. I'm no purist, so I jazzed mine up with lemon juice, garlic, and subbed half the Mayo with Greek yogurt to make it a bit lighter.
