A genuine question:

How in the hell do you good folks, who are arguably more level-headed and probably saner than me, go about life without being angry at injustice? Or, more accurately phrased, how do you NOT react? I've made some significant strides on the anger front in the last eight years. Making art has helped to save my life. Books too. But this whole chemical imbalance thing I live with still lands me in trouble from time to time. And I don't know if it's too late for me.

A book called "The Obstacle is the Way" was a big help to me -- and stoicism in general. Simply put, no one person can fight all the battles and so getting upset over the things you cannot change is futile at best.
