Poll on the Agile & Lean Group on LinkedIn asks "Who should resolve conflicts between developers?" 'Developers' is not one of the options.
It's one my pet peeves: orgs that treat developers like children.
@jasongorman As soon as you posed the question, I didn't even hesitate before thinking "The Developers". Ridiculous that it's not an option.
