Hiya, @diegomagdaleno am interested to know, how did you find the migration process and what made you choose qoto.org?
@davoloid for the migration process I just googled on how to do it, Mastodon has very clear instructions on their blog.
As of why this instance, I wanted to choose an instance that was close to mastodon.technology in terms of content, since I am currently majoring in an STEM field I decided this was the correct instance.

@diegomagdaleno Similar here. A couple of colleagues have been on mastodon.social for a while, and there's an Academic instance which is "full".
@davoloid I see, I was considering mastodon.social but I heard is currently experiencing problems because of the amount of people joining after the Elon twitter takeover.
