You're trying to enjoy a nice evening of wargaming with your horse, then some guy in a fluffy-fronted shirt walks in, threatens you with a pencil and steals your whiskey.
@Thebratdragon @golgaloth Old advert for White Horse whiskey. Must have been bonkers concept even at the time, surely?!

@davoloid @Thebratdragon @golgaloth I don't know about you, but I find myself focusing more on the toy soldiers, and then "what the fuck is a horse doing there" to the extent I didn't even notice the bottle at first.
@AndreasDavour @davoloid @golgaloth heeeeheee they were Peter Guilders Waterloo set up, which was spectactular.
Then I saw the girl, the horse then the bloke in the waftey shirt.
@Thebratdragon @davoloid @golgaloth kind of a terrible ad that we talk about all except the product! :)
@davoloid @golgaloth The table is the Late Peter Guiulders set up, and he did a wargames tv series in the 70s called Battleground.
