@dennisfaucher I don’t know anything about InfluxDB but I do know a bit about converting datetime values and all I will say is that I have seldom regretted thinking carefully about timezones up front (especially daylight saving and UTC).

Good question I think nobody knows the answer, what timezone or daylightsaving time hour will count if a self-signed TLS certificate expires :D
@dbread @dreadpir8robots I was just joking from many bad experiences where my vCenter would not talk to my ESXi hosts at all due to the effect time has on secure communications.
