#starnix is officially on Mastodon v4. Now every instance I'm on is on Mastodon v4.
Guess I'll have to use @james@pleroma.jamesp.org or @james@mk.starnix.network more often, or I'll look for other Mastodon instances on v4.
I'm still on the advanced interface, but I'll try the non-advanced interface for a bit.
@james@mstdn.starnix.network @james@pleroma.jamesp.org @james@mk.starnix.network as someone who has never had multiple accounts on a social media platform what is the advantage of it for you?
@derickflorian @james @james@pleroma.jamesp.org @james@mk.starnix.network im not James but on the fedi it is generally recommended to have multiple accounts on multiple instances just in case your main accounts instance dies for whatever reason.
@kirby @james@mstdn.starnix.network @james@pleroma.jamesp.org @james@mk.starnix.network ok, thank you that makes sense! I love my instance but there are a couple of other instances where I would really also like to be part of so I might create new accounts.
Do you post from whatever account you feel like or do you have a reason for posting specific posts from a given account?
