I am in the first, and mostly keep quiet as there's a lot of programmers talking. The second one is large instance, near 20 K accounts and focused on technology.

@design_RG I think each will have its merit in time, they just had a great suggestion for an introductory post with a sample that made my juices flow after I started filling it in. So I got a lot of interaction very early.
