Desired Features for new staff?
* ACTIVE participants in our community.
* Well polished in written communications.
* Foreign languages are a nice Bonus, so we could serve more people in their native tongue(s).
* Knowledgeable, yet humble in interactions with others.
Which in my personal view are all great qualities in a human being.
