To love is sometimes to let go, respect someone's need to be out and observe, marvel at so much the world has to offer.
Sometimes people have a hard time accepting that, while part of a community, or in a closer relationship with someone, all humans have curiosity and it's rich to see and let it blossom.
I offer this post to my friend Coralie, we met very recently, and yet she has such a sensibility, that it saw deeply into my heart and soul.
Yesterday she surprised me, messaging privately and offering a comment that delighted me -- that she could perceive my inner nature so clearly.
It closely related to the theme of this page. A toot, written from the hip, not polished or edited but coming from inside, prose flowing. A response to a local system administrator - https://qoto.org/@freemo/1043089546768, which sometimes shows concern about my wanderings all over the Fediverse.
This morning, she favourited and boosted it - which brought it into my notifications and a re-read confirms it's poetic, and should be published. To Coralie, I offer this.

It took me a hell of a long time to write to you.
I think I wanted to level what you shared and I guess it made me quite speechless. Still am actually. 😊
You definitely know how to write that's for sure!
Even before reading the body of your post, the title *Nomad is my Heart* resonated so strongly with me that I was already moved before reading the rest of it.
A nomad heart means a curious explorer with an avid desire to open oneself up and go further that its own beliefs and limitation on what he-she takes for granted in life and what he-she thinks can do or not do.
That's definitely what traveling has helped me with.
Another side of it has been about the subject of how I use resources: I can sense when energies goes down and I have for a long time thought it was my own fault so for a place to recharge I let it be. I guess it was also good for me to recharge my own batteries and Yes discovering new places brings me always excitement.
With permaculture principles I'm hoping I will some day learn what it means to help make a place renewed recharged and vibrant...
Doing what you do and sharing who you are be it in poetic form or a more factual one is definitely helping a lot of us.
So keep on exploring my friend and share your meandering with us.

I was touched right from the beginning of reading your post above. A letter to a friend, is what it is, and I love writing letters. Long and rich, they are great vehicles for expression.
You are so sensitive, it's wonderful -- the Title is indeed a powerful one, and it came to me as I wrote the whole piece. Right here, right in the Toot editor, not the most comfortable place.
Unlike my beloved full Black screen, crisp white text on foreground that is the Write.freely composing screen. They got it so right, it's amazing.
The thoughts on that piece, written free form, unedited, here as a response, they flowed as well. I knew as I wrote that this was a nice one, and that it would become a Blog page.
The most important and beloved part of my work, these Web Magazines of mine. For writing, for idea development and promotion, for technical and educational purposes.
And why not, to open my heart and give friends a peek.
I am happy to read your response, and sincerely thank you for it. I know it's not an easy task, as it requires focused effort and a desire to communicate in writing what is sensed emotionally, we need to find the words to explain it. But it was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

But the introductory part which was needed for context setting, that I am also quite happy with -- as it started slowly and soon had a heart and value on its own right.
