Does types.pl block #Qoto for some reason? Searching for users from there returns nothing, and trying to follow from their site leads to "error looking up this remote account"
@digital_carver No it works, at least I was able to follow users from that instance by loading their timeline: https://qoto.org/web/timelines/public/domain/types.pl. Perhaps they don't allow searching their user index or something note sure but you can load up their timeline and explore the accounts at least
