two kinds of #haskell programmers

@redmp I don't like how `in` lays out across multiple lines. So, I prefer `where`, `case`, or `let`-as-part-of-`do`.

@BoydStephenSmithJr i've been bothered by the way ppl put `in` on the next line too, so i've started occasionally putting it at the front of functions

```
foo x y =
let z = bar x in
let w = zip y in
...
```

Follow

@redmp @BoydStephenSmithJr I started to use `where`-like `let`:

```
let
z = bar x
w = zip y
in
whatevs z w
```

This way it better preserves layout when shuffling things around.
