managed to brick my reMarkable 2 and recovery isn't going great
it enumerates as the correct device in recovery mode
[ 1927.266244] hid-generic 0003:15A2:0076.002D: hiddev96,hidraw3: USB HID v1.10 Device [Freescale SemiConductor Inc SE Blank ULT1] on usb-xhci-hcd.0.auto-1.1/input0
and I can upload the u-boot-ums.imx from https://github.com/ddvk/remarkable2-recovery
but it doesn't reattach as a USB mass storage device, or do anything at all
anyone got any ideas?
Ok maybe I was just an idiot! Turns out you need to remove the pull-down resistor on B8 (that was stated it the manual but I missed it), and then it does mount as a USB device.
Let’s see if I actually managed to fix it once the battery is charged.
