erm, I actually don't really know that much about that any more, but I bet I know a bunch of people who you *could* ask.
So here are the requirements:
- Pre-installed with windows
- "idiot proof"
- Web browsing
- Won't need replacing next year
- Desktop, but would be interested in Laptop option for comparison
What would you suggest? Links to a high street retailer e.g. currys.co.uk even better! :)
