@neil @msbellows That are some file formats where that is a problem though - Adobe DRM protected epub/pdf files are a good example. It doesn't matter if you store the file, without support for the DRM plugin in the viewer and some sort of provider-dependent unlocking process the file is useless (unless you turn to some other method of UnDRM'ing the file.)

@bencc @neil @msbellows which is why I have a Kobo eBook reader rather than say a Kindle. Books I purchase can be deDRM trivially so they stay mine.
