IT WOULD APPEAR THAT 20 MINUTES BEFORE MY STREAM, UBUNTU PUSHED AN UPDATE THAT BROKE GDM ON THE LAPTOP I WAS GOING TO BE STREAMING FROM, EFFECTIVELY BRICKING THE LAPTOP

I AM VERY, *VERY* DISAPPOINTED IN MY ONE MONTH OF USING UBUNTU SO FAR

@mcc watching your experience with it has largely solidified my view that switching would heavily shift my balance of "time spent using computer" vs. "time spent fixing computer". I swear folks just get used to this as the norm and unconsciously downplay the amount of fault resolution they do on a monthly basis.
