I will say that one thing they really need to fix about #DoctorWho is the scheduling. Dear Lord, we should not have to wait about 6 months between this special and the new series.
I’ve seen casual fans (including friends and family) look shocked when they saw “new series coming in May” appear on the screen. It’s really not good for viewer retention/interest to have half a year gaps/hiatuses between episodes, let alone some of the insanity we saw with past seasons…
@CM30 doesn't help whole thing is basically a year late because Disney refused to pay screenwriters, so the whole US shut down for a year
@falken oh the writers strike situation is insane in itself. Like, instead of just meeting with said artists and helping address their concerns, the studios let it drag out for months due to greed and basically broke their entire schedules as a result.
