@harriettmb @RabBrucesSpider1 @patrickhadfield to be honest, I am astonished that any government would consider a private telephone app to be a satisfactory method of recording government business. It would seem to me that everything that needs recorded should be placed on email, which is not subject to the vagaries of a private operator.
