While this is a huge victory for all campaigners who've highlighted the dangers of the spy clause to be used for mass surveillance, the powers could still be used in the furture.

@neil I live on a road with a school and a 30 limit. Nobody is going to have a chance to stop and read it. Unless its something like a no entry sign along with visible markings on road?
