You know things are going well in your country when it’s unclear if the Prime Minister’s press release is suggesting they’re going to allow the enslavement of illegal immigrants, or that everyone else is being enslaved and the illegal immigrants won’t be allowed to participate

The government may change the Data Protection and Digital Information Bill to 'include allowing online marketeers greater use of so-called “legitimate interest” arguments for collecting people’s information and the ability for private companies to similarly obtain such personal information for scientific research.'

If this is true, the revised #DPDIBill is even more of a threat to our data protection rights. The Bill must be scrapped.

Two factor authentication is great and I think everyone should use it, but it does make sharing access within groups difficult (e.g. sharing a group at gmail dot com address). Some sites allow you to register multiple 2FA devices, but others only allow one.
